ListingAI.work provides AI-generated product listings, audits, and growth recommendations for ecommerce sellers. We do not guarantee specific sales, ranking, or conversion outcomes — AI suggestions are advisory.
Acceptable use
- You retain ownership of listings you create
- You may not use the service to generate misleading, illegal, or harmful content
- We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service
Billing
- We sell one-time credit packs — Starter (₹499), Growth (₹1,499), and Studio (₹2,999) — billed via Razorpay. There is no recurring subscription; you are charged only when you purchase a pack.
- Credits granted by a pack do not expire. Audit credits granted by a paid pack are usable while your Solo features remain active (30 days from purchase, extended on each subsequent pack).
- Refunds: within 7 days of purchase, if you have used fewer than 5 listings from the pack we will refund the pack in full. After 7 days, or after 5+ listings have been used, we offer pro-rated refunds on remaining unused credits. Email support to request a refund.
- GST is added per Indian tax law.
Liability
Service provided as-is. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days. We are not responsible for marketplace ranking or sales outcomes.
